Alpino Macerato Vegan full-bodiedBlend of Muller Thurgau, Traminer and Sauvignon Blanc with 2 weeks of skin maceration. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Frozen must added in the Spring before re fermentation in bottle. No disgorgement.
