Vieille Vigne Sylvaner, 2019 Sparkling A blend of organic TrebbianoThis old vine Sylvaner from Domaine Rietsch showcases what is so special about the varietal when in the right hands! Intensely fresh and mineral with a touch of tangerine peel on the palate, all without compensating on depth and complexity. Farmed organically on parcels of clay limestone including Grand Cru Zotzenberg Mittelbergheim, the only Grand Cru classified vineyard of Sylvaner in the Alsace. Pressed directly and aged on the lees in barrels for
