Our olive oil is made from a diverse blend of Italian olive trees organically farmed at Fox Hill throughout the vineyard. We have the olives stone milled just down the road after the day of picking concludes. The mix of green and black ripened olives have a nice balance of spice and texture. This is a fresh and well balanced oil on
