P'Tit Blanc Sec, 2021 Italy recommend having it very coldP'Tit Blanc is a dry white wine. Chenin Blanc from 20 to 60 year old vines planted on schist. 10% of the grapes are harvested with noble rot. Fermented in stainless steel and then aged in fibreglass. Rich, slightly oxidative, but still fresh and easy drinking.
