Antique Japanese Meiji Era (late 1800's) Cloisonné Vase Phoenix & Dragon 12” Cloisonne Carved in the shape ofThis is a unique Japanese Meiji era (c. 1890) ornate Cloisonn vase. Made of copper, copper alloys and vitreous glass enamel. This vase is 12" tall by 6" in diameter (30 x 15 cm). It weighs 2lbs 2oz. Having been carefully displayed for nearly five decades since acquired by a dedicated local collector, it remains in fine condition. Note fine hairlines under the rim in the photos.
