2025 Pet Nat ABV-14.0 and Syrah have found greatOur Ptillant Naturel wine is made from a blend of skin fermented and a whole bunch of pressed Riesling grapes. The wine was fermented in old French oak barrels to dryness and then recharged with some fresh juice at bottling. The active wine and juice combo created a second fermentation thats ready to blow when you pop the cap off. We made no additions of yeast or anything else to this wine that makes us think of limes, green apples, and jasmine tea.
