Dating back to the 1920 30s, this one of a kind piece has a very expressive wooden head, carved and hand painted by an unknown self taught Artist. His unique expression exudes that adorable folk art quality. He's dressed in a deep blue corduroy costume and even animal fur was rustically attached by nails to the head depicting hair. On a professional
