The song is synonymous with Christmas in Australia, as is drinking ice cold beers. This years iteration ditches the hops for a classic Pilsner style. Brewed with predominantly Pilsner malt and just a hint of Munich malt we're getting a clean and crackery bitterness that flows through to a slightly bready malt base and a clean and dry finish.
