A two day Primitivo skin contact rosato, pressed off to porcelain amphorae for a light levage. Pearlescently dark pink in colour, it's a current cruncher, this is the Italian ros we all need to be drinking this summer. A garden apertivo that sits well with small plates, we think fresh anchovies or some fried white bait.
