Dense and dark fruited aromas of candied berries and garrigue, leading to a bright and supple textured palate thanks to its lush tannins and and lifted acidity. Grown organic on 23yo vines on a mix of loam and sand, the grapes were hand harvested and macerated in whole bunches for 7 days before pressing and ageing in
