Peachy pink in hue, this zippy, thirst quenching blend showcases vibrant fruits, balanced by its signature acidity and a hint of salinity. The grapes, grown over mica schist, are directly pressed after harvest and undergo a two week fermentation in concrete before bottling. Left undisgorged, the wine is hazy and textured.
