It is brewed with oats and hopped generously with a big blend of @freestylehops - Peacharine

This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off, either alone or in a blend. For this batch, we are highlighting Strata hops from Hops Connect Canada. It's a collaboration with @hopsconnect and @yeastcanada using their finest Strata and a yeast designed to drive tropical, fruity esters.
