Fermented and raised in tank, it captures the grapes savoury sensibilities with a bright, pert line of acidity. Aromas of cracked fennel seed and anise lead to flavours of raspberry essence, cool blue fruits, red cherry and liquorice. A taut, food driven wine that is vivid and savoury."
