Joan spent 15 years at one of the most prestigious cava houses, before joining his wife Angels in their family vineyards, where they now together put a spotlight on local grapes with amphorae ageing and a careful use of skin maceration. An elegant mouthfeel with enticing notes of lemon yoghurt and orange blossom.
