We have amped up our water profile & mash regime to create a full mouthfeel whilst aiming for a drier finish with more attenuation in the beer for drinkability & to really let the hops pop. Its jumping with hop character, full but not sweet & a little dank. Super tasty. Hopped with Sabro, Vic Secret & Citra." Banks Style
