Our "Pai Mu Tan" is a tea made only from the best part of the tea plant: the buds. "Pai Mu Tan" or "Ban Mu Dan" translates very poetically into French as "white peony". It is a white tea with long pale leaves, harvested by hand at the beginning of spring. When infused, "Pai Mu Tan" develops a fresh and floral aroma reminiscent of peony, from which it takes its name. You will also find in this tea an
