Description

"In early 2023 we sent DJ and Danny to the Yakima Valley in Washington to hand select our favourite US hops

Using this extra malt we get extra malt sweetness which we balance out with extra acidity

The malt bill for this banger definitely leans more new school

body and mouthfeel
