The seventy year old vines are situated in a celebrated Premier Cru vineyard in Volnay, with vinification and ageing taking place in old oak barrels, and without filtration, fining or added sulphur. The wines sophisticated aroma profile includes blueberry, dried raspberry, wild cherry, hibiscus and mushrooms.
