2022 Cabernet Sauvignon case with the bottom section dippingFrom vines planted in 1991 on Greenock Creek to free draining sandy brown loam, which allows the roots to penetrate deep. We used 100% French oak in 2022, 20% of which was new. The vineyard gives notes of cassis, lemon myrtle, ginger, mocha and milk chocolate, typical of great Barossa Cabernets. Cellaring recommendation: 5 7 years
