Bourgogne Aligote, 2022 stock-2 Cutis DevinerStarting in the late 90s with just one hectare of vines, Sylvain has been making wine since the tender age of 14! He now farms 17 hectares with his wife Maryse. His Aligot is a mixture of grapes sourced all over Burgundy. Ripe fruits, gentle acidity, mineral, really, just perfect with fresh fish. It really is such an elegant Burgundian aligot made by a true master.
