The grapes are from 35 year old vines, harvested by hand and aged in neutral oak, keeping freshness and true expression of the grapes, one of their main agendas for their winemaking. Lean and round on the palate, pear and grapefruit held by medium acidity. Very easy drinking, a great companion to an evening meal.
