There are traces of old woodworm to parts but it is not active nor has it made any part of the structure suspect
the splat is somewhat unusual in pine as it is modeled on a typical George III dining chair
A Super Pair of Large Early 20thC Oak Hanging Coat Hook Racks sub-Curios with JudgeOrigin: English Period: Early Twentieth Century Provenance: Unknown Date: c. 1910 30 Height: 6. 5 inches Width: 56 inches Depth: 4. 5 inches (with hooks) In the original ruby red paint, with signs of distress commensurate with age, the generously sized racks with large black painted metal hook pegs with flaking paint; survive from the early twentieth century. The condition is totally original with no over painting and no replacements to the metal
