Disgorged from a refill bourbon hogshead, this is the colour of pale straw and displays a very good bead. On the nose we have a powerful combination of crispy dried seaweed, oyster shells, preserved lemons, pickled lemon rind, and tobacco. On the palate, earthy Mezcal, ashy, briney, sweet and savoury with the aroma of a swimming pool changing room. The finish is beautifully balanced with a resounding sweetness." Adelphi Style
