Les Alidorés, 2022 over-25 Pratt Schneider's Dijon Style Mustard100% Aligot. Pressed direct and aged in barrel. Called Alidors as it's a special varietal called Aligot Dore (golden). Old vines are 86 years old, young ones are 26 years old). Lovely bright citrus fruits, with great acidity as expected from the varietal.
