Coffee Table, Blue and Black Trunk The tapered profile and panelled

The tapered profile and panelled sides of other pieces in the range are repeated here

This smaller sized black lacquer

each one is very slightly different and their robes are painted in muted greens

The doors are set into the frames on wooden dowels

As was the practice throughout China where clothes were folded inside cabinets rather than hung on rails

Coffee Table, Blue and Black Trunk The tapered profile and panelledWith three drawers either side and a lower shelf that's ideal for holding magazines, this striking coffee table provides useful storage space as well as looking great. It is in the same distressed black lacquer finish as the rest of the range, with the shelf and drawer fronts picked out in a contrasting powder blue. Note that as each table is individually made, the distressed finish on each one will vary slightly from the example shown.
