Wild Juice Chase, 2022 Under-20 Producer: NibiruBuzzy summer fruited Triomphe made in Hampshire that makes you want to do disco laps on a dance floor close by. Grapes were hand harvested from 35 year old vines grown over clay in Test Valley. Carbonically macerated in stainless steel vat for five days. Bottled by gravity, alongside adding a tiny amount of sugar to finish fermentation. Very much a fun English explosion you should try while the limited stocks last.
