MO(S)O, 2020 Calcarius When we drink it itLight ruby, summer fruits, berries, bitters. Blend of direct pressed Hybrids from a local farmer and Catherines Gamay Beaujolais. Aged in terracotta jars for nine months. A sweet, sweet, cherry and strawberry extravaganza.
