This estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced predominately from an outstanding block planted by John and Liz Hugo in 1991. The Hugo vineyard is situated 180 metres above sea level, one of the highest in the region. Conditions here are markedly cooler with gully breezes coming from the Mount Lofty Ranges, and as a result ideal for premium grape production
