Range - Left Handed Scissors West Coast DIPA Size:Single Region: Barossa Valley & Eden"Left Handed Scissors is a modern west coast style Double IPA that weve hopped with a banging lineup of Superdelic, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe Cryo. So clear you could read a book through it, with a nice spritzy carbonation and dense foam on top. Aromas of candied citrus, lemon sherbert, pineapple, grapefruit, pine and a touch of resin jump right out of the glass. The palate is sticky hop oils, backed up by zingy preserved lemon, ruby red grapefruit
