This is a great choice if you have vegetarian guests. Cherry tomato, chargrilled eggplant, charred zucchini, sundried tomato, roasted capsicum, spinach, pesto sauce & sweet Dijon vinaigrette, mixed with pasta, garnished with olives, oregano & crumbled feta. Additional dressings are served on the side to maintain salad freshness!
