Pohjala x Weihenstephan - 'Zeit' BA Wheatwine COL-GH10025 Taste: Sweet agave and chocolate"A rich wheatwine aged in tawny, ruby and white port wine barrels. Created in collaboration with Bavarian State Brewery Weihenstephan. Appearance: Bright deep red with an off white head. Nose: An intricate, sweet aroma with notes of fortified wine, vanilla and brled sugar, as well as hints of banana bread and dried apricots.
